To maintain healthy eyes and clear vision, you need annual eye exams or more often if you have medical conditions such as diabetes, high-blood pressure, high cholesterol, autoimmune disorders, cancer, and others medical conditions. You should also get your eyes check often if you’re taking drugs that could affect your eye health. Everlasting Eye Care ensures your prescription up-to-date for glasses and contact lenses.
Our beautiful boutique optical offers wide selections of trendy and stylist eyewears from Europe and America. We also offer fashion and sport polarized sunglasses that help prevent your eyes from getting cataracts and macular degeneration. Patients who had cataract surgery should always wear good-quality polarized sunglasses. Please visit one of our offices to see what eyeglasses or sunglasses are best for you.
Dr. Nguyen is specialized in contact-lens fitting, particularly in patients with contact-lens intolerance due to high astigmatism, dry eyes, Keratoconus, or other undiagnosed eye conditions. Everlasting Eye Care offers both soft and rigid gas permeable contact lenses. Soft contact lenses are available in monthly or daily disposable. While monthly disposable contact lenses are cost effective, daily disposable lenses are healthier to wear due to decrease in risk of eye infections.
Medical Diagnosis & Management
Did you know that undiagnosed eye conditions can affect your vision? At Everlasting Eye Care, we have low rate of prescription rejects and lens remakes because Dr. Nguyen ensures that your eyes are healthy before she prescribes you a new prescription for either glasses or contact lenses. If she finds any eye problems, she would advise treatments and follow-up cares until your eyes are healthy and ready to undergo a new refraction.
Pre & Post-op Cataract Management
Cataract is normal aging process, which develops in people age 50 or older. You can have cataract as long as it doesn’t affect your vision and hinder your daily activities. When your cataract is visually significant, the only way to improve your vision is to remove it. Everlasting Eye Care will monitor your cataract closely and will provide pre-op and post-op care.
LASIK Pre & Post-op Care
LASIK is a refractive procedure which involves reshaping the cornea to improve your vision without the need of glasses and contact lenses. Reasons for LASIK include contact-lens intolerance, contact-lens overwear, or don’t like wear glasses.
